Arts Hullabaloo- A family friendly outdoor art experience with many artistic opportunities for children of all ages. Chalk and kids kites funded by Rebecca's Fund . 

In 2019, Chris Carlson and Art Hullaballoo was a huge success! Chris created a wonderful 3D horse image on the sidewalk next to the old ‘Gramma’s House” in Westcliffe, CO.  Local art classes and students participated in chalk art, inspired by Chris's work.
